| Mizen are currently developing a mixed use scheme of 34, one, two, three and four Bedroom Flats above c. 10,000 ft2 of commercial space which will be principally occupied as a Kingdom Hall and Retail Unit at the former Park Tavern.
The residential element of this scheme is being developed in association with Newlon Housing Trust and the commercial element is being developed in association with Tottenham Hotspur.
Construction is now underway and the development is expected to be completed in 2012.
