The registered offices for Mizen Properties Limited and associated companies is at No 1 Railshead Road, St Margarets, Isleworth, England, TW7 7EP. Mizen Properties Limited is acting as the data controller for the group and its affiliates.
The Mizen team is headed by a talented group of executives and directors with vast experience in the construction industry.
That experience embraces design, on-site and off-site construction, equity loans and project financing, property sales, marketing, and management.
At Mizen we take the environment seriously. Through careful site development and design we create homes that are not only beautiful but energy-efficient, require less maintenance and stand the test of time through the use of both traditional and innovative building materials.
Through carefully planned and strategic growth Mizen has, since its inception in 1986, built and developed deep and successful relationships with stakeholders and clients operating in London and in South East of England.
We have a flexible approach to land/property acquisition and being a privately owned company with the necessary and substantial funding in place, we have the ability to act quickly and to meet tight deadlines.
