Affordable Housing
Through carefully planned and strategic growth Mizen has, since its inception in 1986, built and developed several longstanding and successful relationships with a number of Housing Association Clients operating in London and in South East of England.

Having already built residential units (in thousands) for these Clients over the years, Mizen is constantly looking to form and support new Client relationships and to further enhance its existing relationships as its reputation and market presence grows. Working closely with our Housing Association Clients, Mizen has a comprehensive understanding of their land requirements, product quality/specification and the associated Housing Corporation and other funding regimes.

Mizen is committed to delivering suitable sites and to making difficult developments viable. This is effected through a process of project value engineering allied to creative development solutions that can emerge from an engagement with respective Local Planning Authorities.  We are currently developing 150-200 affordable housing units for a number of approved registered social  landlords. The Group has an established track record for on-time and on-budget project delivery that is second to none.
