A 'contemporary' mixed use scheme of 46 residential units and c. 5,000 ft2 of retail/commercial space on the fringes of central London at 226 - 228 Commercial Road, London E1. The residential elements of the scheme were completed for Newlon Housing Trust and the two ground floor commercial units were sold to an investor and are now occupied by both Better Bookmakers and Tesco Express.
