Barry Tansey, B.Comm, M.Acc, FCA. Chief Executive Barry joined Mizen from Grant Thornton LLP, one of the World's leading practices, in 1996 as Finance Director and was appointed as Group CEO in 2004. He is responsible for formulating and driving business strategy and development for the entire Group.
Jillian Pannett, Customer Care Manager With a 21 year track record in Customer Care, Jillian joined Mizen in 2004 having previously worked with Barratt Homes and Gladedale Homes. Jillian heads up the Customer Care Team at Mizen.
Paul Byrne, FCCA Financial Controller Following a record of achievement in the construction sector with the Fitzpatrick Group & the McGinley Group he joined Mizen in 2005. Paul oversees the general financial management of the group and preparation of financial and mangement accounts.
Alan Tansey, BA, MA (Econ) Land and Marketing Director Alan joined Mizen in 2004 having previously spent 10 years in insurance (Irish Life) and in international banking sectors (Bankers Trust & Deutsche Bank) in Dublin's IFSC. He leads the land acquisition, estate management and sales functions for the Group Co.
Colm Cronin, BSc, MSc Construction Director Colm joined Mizen in 2010 from C J O'Shea Group as Senior Projects Manager and was promoted to the position of Construction Director in 2013. Colm is responsible for the technical design and construction function on Mizen projects.
Gerry Friel, BSc, MRICS Commercial Director Gerry heads up the commercial department with responsibility for on-site project cost delivery, procurement and contract administration. He has over 25 years of experience in large scale residential development in the UK and overseas.
Gareth Morgan, Commercial Manager Following his studies at Portsmouth University, Gareth has worked in the Industry for 30 years. He has a comprehensive track record with Crest Nicholson, Kier & Laing O'Rourke. Gareth joined Mizen in 2009.
