Mizen take great care in the construction of our properties and at every stage of the build programme. All of our new build developments are registered and warrantied by the NHBC and are regularly supervised by our Design Team Consultants together with the appointed Building Control, Health & Safety and CDM Consultants.

We are of course pleased to accompany you around your new home at any stage during its construction, but would ask that you contact our Site Staff in advance to make an appointment to facilitate our Health & Safety Control.

Only when we are happy that your property is ready for occupation, will we invite you to undertake a pre-completion walk through and ultimately hand-over with our Customer Care Manager.
