The utility service providers (gas, water and electricity) and the relevant Council Tax authority need to be advised of the date of your purchase completion.

To assist our purchasers in this regard, we will, on completion, write to the new utility service providers and provide them with the relevant contact details and the formal meter readings.

We will also write to the appropriate Local Authority to advise them of the purchase completion.
