Mizen are pleased to announce the acquisition of a consented development at Valley House, Charlton. The site benefits from a planning consent for the erection of 73 apartments within a seven storey development following demolition of existing buildings.
Site Acquisition was completed in January 2017. Construction will commence in early 2017. The expected construction program is 21 months.
